Camogie

Under 13 Hurling
Our Under 13 hurlers put in a fine display when they played a strong Newport side in the quarter final at Puckane last Tuesday 15th August. While the final score read 6-4 to 0-7 it did not show the real story of the game as Newport secured three goals in the dying minutes.
Meanwhile the side recovered with a 2-8 to 2-1 win over a young Kilruane MacDonaghs side in a challenge at Ballinderry last Saturday evening. That Kilruane team is looking forward to their semi-final in Under 13 D championship. We wish Kilruane the best of luck.
